With an automatic RFID lift detection for increased job accuracy and reduction in administrative processing required by the driver, you can gain mechanical verification on what job is being processed, and what bin and specific customer is being serviced.
RFID® for Waste Collection is patented and owned by Univerus Waste & Recycling. For years we have perfected the application of this service-verification process with data accuracy and precision.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)
Integration with a variety of onboard scales to capture weights for each lift. For example, our front-loader scale integration provides real-time weight per lift, which essentially provides a daily route audit. This level of granularity in business intelligence provides the ability to analyze profitability by Client not just route. A big advantage in maximizing route profitability, when conducting price increase strategies, or competitive pricing analysis.
Scales Integration
Hydraulic systems make it easier for waste trucks to load and transport solid waste materials. Hydraulically raised lift arms with installed sensors/switches automatically track all actuator arm activities (up or down).
In conjunction with Onboard Computers (OBC) and GPS-based AVL capabilities, the actuator system provides a complete automated real-time service verification and route management including in-progress route reporting and precise vehicle location (GPS coordinates) and timestamp with every activity/lift.
